The City of Dayton is soliciting planning and administration service providers to assist the City of Dayton with the development, adoption, and implementation of comprehensive planning activities and zoning plans, modern and resilient building codes and flood damage prevention ordinances for the Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Resilient Communities Program (RCP) through the Texas General Land Office. Accordingly, the City of Dayton seeks to contract with a qualified service provider for planning and administration services.
