Here’s what you need to know:
Will my DayNet service be interrupted?
As of today, your service with DayNet will continue without interruption. In the near
future, we will be upgrading your internet speeds. Be on the lookout for further

instead of being bundled with your city water bill or paid at City Hall.
We’ll send clear instructions to help you get this set up when the time comes.
Who do I call for customer support?
For support, please continue to call (936) 681-0272, or email contact@mydaynet.com
for after-hours support. Once you switch to Ezee Fiber, you'll have access to 24/7 local
support.
Do you now provide service to my community? When will I be able to get your
service?
We are always working hard to expand our services. We will keep in touch when Ezee
Fiber is officially available in your area.
We’ll call current customers to schedule your installation when the time comes.
How is this good for me and other customers?
Your internet speeds are being upgraded. Your neighborhood network is being
upgraded to Ezee Fiber’s higher-performance standard. You’ll benefit from improved
reliability, capacity, and future-ready infrastructure.
What are the next steps?
Ezee Fiber will begin contacting customers to schedule quick installation appointments
to complete the network upgrade. You do not need to take any action until we reach out.
How does this affect my business plan?
At this time, your business service and pricing remain the same. Ezee Fiber will share
more details with business customers as the transition progresses.
Can I upgrade my speeds?
Yes! Speed upgrades will be available, and our team will reach out to you when it’s time
to make the change. No need to contact us just yet — we’ll guide you through the
options when the time comes.
Will this integration bring faster speeds or new features?
For now, your service and plan stay the same. In the future, as Ezee Fiber and DayNet
join forces, it will enable the combined organization to utilize greater resources to
expand our fiber network, bring faster speeds, and invest more within our communities.
Where can I find the Ezee Fiber terms of service?
We believe internet should be simple, dependable, and delivered without games,
gimmicks, or fine print. That’s why every Ezee Fiber plan comes with no term contracts,
unmatched reliability, multi-gig symmetrical speeds, and 24/7 US-based customer
support. Check out our terms of service here: https://ezeefiber.com/legal/
